Happiness is perhaps the Ultimate Success

  1. Grow a plant - and look after it.

  2. Talk to someone close to you for an hour each day.

  3. Smile, say hello and talk to strangers.

  4. Look in the mirror and laugh for at least 2 minutes each day.

  5. Have yourself a treat each day.

  6. Phone a friend.

  7. Count your blessings - at the end of each day reflect on 5 things that you’re grateful for.

  8. Take regular exercise.

  9. Cut your TV viewing by half.

  10. Carry out a daily act of kindness.

  11. Do one chore/job that’s been hanging over you like a tiny black cloud (my addition)
